1. Do you have a showroom or shop front to view the beanbags?
At this point of time, we're just an online make to order beanbag retail website. Hence, we do not have a physical showroom to display our products.
2. Will the bean bag gets warm after a long period of time spent resting on it?
It will probably get a bit warm after some time as the beanbags are filled with styrofoam beans.
3. Can I wash the covers in my washing machine?
You can wash your denim, cotton drill, sarong, cotton and corduroy covers in the machine. We recommend faux fur covers to be sent to the dry cleaners.
4. Does the price for a beanbag include the cover, inner-liner and the "beans"?
Yes they do. The price of our beanbags include the "beans" and an inner-liner so that washing the covers is made convenient.
5. Is there a minimum purchase for delivery?
Nope, no minimum purchase is required. Delivery is free, island wide (Singapore).
6. Does Snugg have a return or refund policy?
As all bags are made only upon order, we do not have a refund/return policy or warranty. Unless of course there is a defect in the beanbag upon delivery e.g: holes or defective zipper.
7. Where are the beanbags produced and what are they made of?
All beanbags are made in Singapore. The material for the cover depends on your choice of fabric (faux fur, corduroy, denim, cotton drill, sarong or cotton) from our website, the inner liner is cotton fabric and the filling is polybeads (i.e: styrofoam beans).
8. When are my orders processed?
Orders will be processed when we have received full payment with your orders. Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive your snugg items within 4 or more weeks.
9. Why do we need to wait 4 or more weeks for our beanbags?
To ensure quality control of the beanbags that we produce, we only make them upon processing your orders.
